Day 1 — Vision & Focus
🕤Arrive for 9:30am

📝  A Vision Board Workshop to delve deeper and to really get intentional about your plans for the year ahead and for you to take away after your time with us  Prep work will be required and a workbook sent out beforehand)

🏡 Check in and settle into your space
🧠 In the late afternoon/early evening crack on with focused work; plan for your focus time tomorrow; or simply use the time to relax.
🍽️ Group lunch + dinner (connection without the small talk pressure!)
🌙 Optional evening wind-down in your pod or in the farmhouse

Day 2 — Action & Momentum

🍳 Breakfast + morning briefing to shape the day
💻 Get down to business – the farmhouse is open for co-working, or retreat to your room/pod for total silence
🥗 Lunch, snacks, and encouragement throughout
🌌 Evening – An early supper followed by a magical Soundbath in the yurt – a nourishing, grounding experience to calm your nervous system and help you sleep like the queen you are!
