The Power Hour is designed specifically for women in business who have a great idea but don’t know how to get it off the ground.
It’s also a perfect, high impact Boost session for women whose businesses are going great guns but they themselves are in freefall.
Do you need time and space to unravel your thoughts; refocus; take an hour out just to brainstorm with a ‘second brain’ with no pressure, and then hit the gas again.
I hate clock-watching too, so I allow up to 90 minutes for our time together and in order for you to get the maximum benefit of our time I also do some preparation beforehand to get under the skin of your business before we start.
I prefer to work face to face but am happy to work virtually with you. I just want to ensure you get the most out of your 60 minutes. After our session together, I will drop you the highlights of our conversation and some quick fix recommendations (if appropriate).

Over 6 months, we’ll work closely to build a relationship, where I get to know your business inside and out. I’ll share your passion and desire for success, but without the emotional blocks which can hold you back.
The Kick-Off Session
We’ll kick off your boost with a 3 hour 1-2-1 ‘deep dive’ into your business. This is the moment most clients love – a moment to step out of your business and breathe! Together we’ll brainstorm and you may discover you have more than 1 business goal. We define them and prioritise them. With my knowledge, skills and creativity we’ll plan a clear route for you to achieve them.
The Written Action Plan
After our in-depth Planning Session, I’ll send you a written report setting out exactly what we’ve talked about. I’ll map out your action steps to get you moving towards your goals, guiding you over the next 6 months.
Remember this is your working document, allowing room for flexibility and agility.
Coaching & Action Calls
We schedule monthly top up Zoom sessions, to keep you accountable! (This bit is so important.) During our 60 minutes together each month, we’ll update your action plan, celebrate wins and explore and attack anything that’s holding you back or tripping you up. After each action session or call, I’ll give you an updated Summary Report so you’re completely clear on your next steps to success.
